Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team (Sales Managers, Consultants, and BDC)
- Drive new and used vehicle sales to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), including gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction
- Oversee inventory strategy, pricing, and merchandising
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and legal regulations
- Collaborate with Finance, Service, and Marketing departments to maximize dealership performance
- Analyze market trends and implement effective sales strategies
- Maintain a strong focus on customer experience and retention
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of automotive sales management experience (GSM or high-level Sales Manager)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals in a high-volume dealership
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Deep understanding of dealership operations, CRM tools, and desking
- Experience with Toyota brand standards (preferred but not required)
