Join our team of 13 physicians and APPs within a culture of interdisciplinary learning, academic curiosity, and mutual respect to promote wellness, growth, equity, and education in all interactions throughout our ACO primary care practice and resident Continuity Clinic in Springfield MA. Serve a vibrant and diverse multilingual patient population. Address the social determinants of health in our community and provide excellent, evidence-based, compassionate, trauma-sensitive care that meets the medical, developmental and emotional needs of families. Deliver comprehensive education to pediatric residents, medical students and other learners in a setting that models excellent and innovative population-based care to promote health equity through community.

Qualifications

• ABMS board certified pediatrics

Faculty Appointment

Faculty appointment to UMass-Chan Baystate.

Baystate Children’s Hospital

• Level II Pediatric Trauma Center
• 107-beds
• Region’s only PICU and NICU
• Pediatric inpatient services
• Child life specialists
• Designated 24-hour pediatric ED
• Services from 11 pediatric subspecialties, pediatric surgery and child psychiatry

Compensation Package

• Base salary of between $187,900- $315,000 (based on 1.0 FTE, experience level and qualifications)
