About the role

The successful candidate will provide care for medically and socially complex patients and manage all general pediatric needs. They will also teach residents and medical students.

Requirements

• Board Certified in Pediatrics
• Eligible for academic appointment at Tufts University School of Medicine
• Interested in delivering care in an academic environment with close collaboration with the community
• Knowledgeable in healthcare quality, resource management, outcomes improvement, patient safety, and positive patient experience
• Committed to network development, growth, operational efficiency and integration

Pay

The salary range for this position is $195,000 - $225,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, internal equity, and academic rank.
