Responsibilities
- Manage overall operations of the restaurant and events venue
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of staff
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and satisfaction
- Oversee budget management and financial performance
- Implement marketing strategies to promote the venue
- Cook up special events, including weddings and corporate functions
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Foster a positive work culture and team collaboration
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- High volume GM experience managing operations north of $12M annually
- Experience with managing venues with high volume special events and catering operations
- 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in upscale venues
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in financial management and budgeting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Pay
A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $140,000 annually
