Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and event venue
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage budgets and ensure financial goals are met
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to provide outstanding service
- Cook up special events and promotional activities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Foster a positive working environment and team culture
- Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years of experience in restaurant management or similar roles
- $15M volume operational management experience
- Special events & catering operational management experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record in enhancing operational efficiency
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with event planning and management is a plus
