Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure adherence to service standards
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create and innovate the menu offerings
  • Maintain financial performance, including budgeting and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Plan and coordinate special events, ensuring high standards of execution
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and accountability

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager in high volume operations over $15M annually
  • Extensive experience managing venues with high volume special events and catering as well as a la carte dining.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and best practices
  • Able to manage budgets and financial reports effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • A degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field is a plus

Pay

A competitive salary range of $140,000 - $160,000 annually

Full-time, on-site role requiring flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
