Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure adherence to service standards
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and satisfaction
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create and innovate the menu offerings
- Maintain financial performance, including budgeting and cost control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Plan and coordinate special events, ensuring high standards of execution
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and accountability
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager in high volume operations over $15M annually
- Extensive experience managing venues with high volume special events and catering as well as a la carte dining.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and best practices
- Able to manage budgets and financial reports effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- A degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field is a plus
Pay
A competitive salary range of $140,000 - $160,000 annually
