Job Summary

We are seeking a General Manager to lead the Tulsa Club Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton. This position is available at 115 E 5th St, Tulsa, OK 74103.

About the Role

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel’s operations, from guest and employee satisfaction to financial performance and sales.

Responsibilities

• Implement the brand service strategy and initiatives to meet or exceed guest expectations and increase profit and market share.
• Hold the property leadership team accountable for strategy execution.
• Guide the professional development of the property leadership team and all team members.
• Ensure sales engines are leveraged.
• Build owner loyalty through proactive communication, setting and managing expectations, and delivering solid business results.
• Be active in the local community to build strong relationships with local officials, businesses, and customers.

Requirements

• Highly experienced General Manager with 2+ years of hotel leadership in a full-service level property.
• Impeccable results in a Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, Hilton, or similar brand.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L review, budget creation, and cost controls.
• Ability to develop leaders into these skills.
• Working knowledge of M3, ADP, and One Yield.
• Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Initiative, perseverance, and analytical skills.
• Able to deliver exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction.
• Team player, professional, and lead with integrity.
