About the role

The role is responsible for managing the culinary department on board the ship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and presentation of meals to ensure quality and satisfaction.
• Plan and execute menus that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences.
• Manage staff in the kitchen and dining areas to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Education in hospitality management or related field preferred.

Focuses on the maintenance and operation of the ship's mechanical systems and equipment.

Marine

Manages the ship's navigation, propulsion, and safety protocols.

Entertainment

Organizes and executes various onboard activities and events to enhance the guest experience.

Corporate

Supports the overall corporate strategy and initiatives of the company.
