About the role
A General Manager leads a McDonald’s restaurant with a guest-first mentality. At least one year of previous McDonald’s management experience is required. Prior General Manager experience is recommended, but all candidates with McDonald’s management experience are encouraged to apply.
We are an 18-restaurant franchise organization with approximately 800 employees across our restaurants and home office. As a tight-knit, family-owned and operated business, our leadership team often includes long-term employees who started in entry-level roles and advanced through the company.
