General Manager- Salary Range between $62k and $90k annual

About the role

A General Manager is the leader of any particular restaurant. They must have a guest-first mentality and at least 1 year of previous McDonald’s management experience. Previous GM experience is recommended, but we also accept applications from those with some McDonald’s management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff
• Ensure high standards of food quality and safety
• Manage inventory and budgeting
• Oversee daily operations and customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Handle employee relations and training
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous McDonald’s management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Passion for the fast-casual dining industry

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a leadership role
• Experience in food service industry preferred

Pay

Salary range is dependent on a variety of factors including amount of McDonald’s experience, time in the food service industry, availability, etc.
