General Manager- Salary Range between $62k and $90k annual

About the role

A General Manager is the leader of any particular restaurant. They must have a guest-first mentality and at least 1 year of previous McDonald's management experience. Previous GM experience is recommended, however we also accept all applications that include some McDonald's management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure high standards of customer service and food quality.
• Oversee daily operations, including menu preparation, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and McDonald's policies.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous McDonald's management experience.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Knowledge of McDonald's systems and procedures.

Pay

The salary range is dependent on a variety of factors including amount of McDonald's experience, time in the food service industry, availability, etc.
