About the role
A General Manager is the leader of any particular restaurant. They must have a guest-first mentality and at least 1 year of previous McDonald’s management experience. Previous GM experience is recommended, but we also accept all applications that include some McDonald’s management experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff
- Ensure high standards of food quality and safety
- Manage inventory and budgeting
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff
Requirements
- At least 1 year of previous McDonald’s management experience
- Previous GM experience is recommended, but not required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in food service industry preferred
