About the role
A General Manager is the leader of any particular restaurant. They must have a guest-first mentality and at least 1 year of previous McDonald's management experience. Previous GM experience is recommended, however we also accept all applications that include some McDonald's management experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff
- Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service
- Oversee daily operations to meet sales targets and operational goals
- Manage inventory and budgeting
- Handle employee relations and training
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- At least 1 year of previous McDonald's management experience
- Previous GM experience is recommended but not required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Experience in food service industry preferred
- Customer service orientation
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
