General Maintenance Spec

About the Role

The General Maintenance Specialist ensures the reliability and safety of all facility systems and equipment. This role is ideal for a hands-on problem solver with strong communication skills, a solid safety record, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic industrial environment. Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs and maintenance on plant and office equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and HVAC issues.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate work orders and safety documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years practical experience working in facilities in an industrial environment.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Good attendance record.
• Must be a U.S. citizen able to obtain a Secret clearance (a company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start).
• Basic computer skills.

Pay

Full-Time Salary Range: $45,200 – $84,000. The salary offered considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, and market considerations.

For Washington state applicants only: Non-represented full-time employees accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) for incidental absences and receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full-time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month, accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually, and receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
