About the role
A 14-story senior apartment community in the Riverside area is seeking a full-time General Maintenance candidate.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and perform minor or routine maintenance or repair, as directed, involving the following on a daily basis:
- Electrical and Plumbing
- A/C, Boiler, and Heating Systems
- Perform all needed repairs to ensure quality standards are met prior to resident occupancy.
- Maintain on-call report and log of service calls.
- Paint, window treatments, appliances, lighting, toilet/vanity replacement, and other duties as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in carpentry, plumbing, or electrical.
- Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
