About the role

Make a meaningful impact on residents’ lives in a healthful and productive work environment. Pre-employment drug screening is required for all applicants to whom a job offer will be extended. Requirements

• Proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States (I-9 Form required upon hire)
• For healthcare roles: current professional license, certification, or interim permit (must list type, number, expiration date, and state of issuance; if issuing state is not Ohio, reciprocity application must be completed)
• Tobacco- and drug-free workplace compliance
• Disclosure of any prior misdemeanor or felony convictions (including pleas of guilty, no contest, or findings of guilt)
