General Maintenance

General Responsibilities

• Diagnostics and performs minor or routine maintenance or repair, as directed, involving Electrical and Plumbing, A/C, Boiler, Heating Systems.
• Performs all needed make-ready repairs.
• Ensures that quality standards are met prior to resident occupancy.
• Maintains on-call report and log of service calls.
• Apartment Punch-Out: Paint, Window Treatments, Appliances, Lighting, Toilet/Vanity Replacement and other duties as needed.
• Performs all work with the residents' satisfaction in mind.

Minimum Qualifications

• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Six to twelve months related experience and/or training.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience in carpentry.
