General Labor - Paint

Job Overview

We will train you. General labor in our Paint Department, you will be responsible for the following:

• Loading and unloading parts on and off the powder coating line.
• Masking and plugging holes and threads on parts.
• Prepping parts on the powder line prior to coating.
• Packaging parts to the customer's order prior to shipment or being moved to Inventory.

Hours

Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm and Monday-Thursday 3:00pm-1:30pm. There may be opportunities for overtime as the workflow dictates.

• Ability to read and write English

• Detail oriented person willing and able to contribute to a team effort
• Zero defect mentality and commitment to producing a quality, American made product

Physical Requirements and Duties

• Ability to reach, turn, twist, and walk
• Ability to stand for the duration of a work shift
• Ability to lift 30 lbs. at a time

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-6 months working in a warehouse environment
• Experience working on a computer
• Punctuality and Dependability ARE A MUST
