General Labor

Job Description/Responsibilities

• Load and unload log trucks, dry kilns, and by-products while supporting daily yard and inventory operations
• Affix feed the stave mill, pull log tags, and support log buyers and kiln operations
• Support environmental cleanup efforts and maintain safe, organized work areas throughout the yard
• Handle and track inventory materials across log yard and stave storage operations
• Operate or assist with heavy equipment and perform general labor duties in varying outdoor weather conditions

Qualifications/Requirements

• Required: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, climbing, and lifting
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including hot, humid, and cold environments
• Prior experience working in outdoor production, lumber, or wood products is preferred
