Job Summary

Principle Duties And Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly instructions
• Assemble wire harnesses using hand tools and specialized equipment
• Rout and secure wires with ties, clamps & sleeves
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Maintain clean and organized workstations
• Follow safety procedures and company quality standards
• Report defects, shortages, or production issues to supervisors

Qualifications

• A high school diploma/GED is preferred but not required
• Working knowledge of basic math is preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
