General Labor - Packaging - 1st shift

Our client in Monroe is growing and looking to add a Full-Time Production Packer to their team. If you enjoy hands-on work and want a schedule that fits your life, this could be a great match.

Schedule

• 1st shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday

Pay

• $18.45 – $21.14/hour (BOE)
• Time-and-a-half for all hours worked beyond 40 in a week

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment safely
• Inspect products for quality
• Maintain production standards
• Rotate workstations as needed
• Assist with equipment cleaning and changeovers

Requirements

• Ability to stand for 10+ hour shifts
• Frequent bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
