General Data Entry/Analyst

Location: Fort Benning, GA (On-site) Clearance: Ability to obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) prior to onboarding; U.S. Citizenship required Job Type: Full-time Contract Type: Government Contract (Base Year: 13 October 2026 - 12 October 2027, plus four Option Years) Position Overview Seeking detail-oriented General Data Entry/Analysts to provide daily GFEBS reviews, work order accuracy and timeliness support, and recurring financial reporting at Fort Benning, GA. This role supports Annual Work Plan (AWP) development, conducts detailed analysis of work order data, and provides monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports. This is a non-personal services contract position. The contractor employee reports directly to the Prime Contractor for HR, disciplinary, and administrative matters, while receiving work direction from the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). This is an in-person, on-site position. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily reviews of work order data in GFEBS to ensure order accuracy and timeliness of order closureProvide data entry to ensure daily reconciliation of all activity in the Fort Benning work management system (GFEBS)Provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports to the CORAssist with developing and updating the Annual Work Plan (AWP)Maintain and update asset data in GFEBS to keep it accurate and up to dateSummarize all DMO, PWO, PMO, and OWO history for the prior year by occurrence and costProvide execution and Program Budget Guidance dollar amounts for MDEPsCompare MDEP results to SAG 131 and 132 valuesResearch and report all differencesProvide journal data to document cross-division coordination within the DirectorateDevelop comprehensive annual budgets, reports, and document compliance with leadership decisionsProvide clerical and administrative assistance as neededPerform other data entry and analysis duties as assigned Required Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalentExperience: Minimum three (3) years of experience in data entry, financial analysis, or GFEBS supportCitizenship: U.S. Citizenship requiredSecurity Clearance: Ability to obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) prior to onboardingGFEBS Roles: Must acquire applicable GFEBS roles within six months of employmentGFEBS Experience: Expected to possess experience at contract start to perform immediately upon awardLanguage: Fluent in written and verbal EnglishMicrosoft Office: Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams Desired Experience Prior experience with GFEBS, cProjects, ArMA, or Army financial systemsKnowledge of work order management processes (DMOs, PWOs, PMOs, OWOs)Experience with Army DPW operationsStrong analytical and organizational skills Additional Requirements Must obtain legal entry authorization to Fort Benning prior to commencing workMust be issued a Common Access Card (CAC)Must comply with all DoD security regulations and safeguard Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)Must pass background checks and base access control registrationMust complete AT Level I Training, iWATCH Training, OPSEC training, and IA/IT awareness trainingMust sign and abide by an Army IT User Agreement Schedule & Work Conditions Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday, excluding Federal holidaysTelework: Not allowed; majority of work requires onsite presenceTravel: Not authorized or reimbursed Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
