Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data across various company databases and systems, including client information and project metrics.
- Perform regular data quality checks to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of all information.
- Prepare and organise source documents for data entry, identifying and correcting any errors or inconsistencies.
- Assist in compiling and formatting data for reports that will be used by management and marketing teams to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data is handled efficiently, confidentially, and in support of project goals.
- Support the web design and social media teams by preparing and structuring content for online platforms.
- Adhere to all data privacy and security protocols to safeguard sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Analyst, Data Entry Clerk, or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering accurate work.
- Proficient typing skills and demonstrable experience with data entry software and the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A high level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
- (Desirable) Experience working within a digital marketing or creative agency setting.
