General Compliance Analyst I, II or III

About the role

Cambia is seeking a Compliance Analyst I, II, or III in a hybrid role (3 days/week in office). Candidates must reside within commutable distance of one of our Portland, Medford, Fargo, Burlington, Vancouver, Renton, Boise, Lewiston, or Salt Lake City offices. Responsibilities

• Design, implement, deliver, measure, and refine activities and controls to prevent, detect, and correct violations of state, federal, and other laws.
• Risk assessment, training, monitoring, auditing, regulatory audit, and market conduct activities.
• Audit coordination, investigation, root cause analysis, regulatory implementation, control assessment, reporting, and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Compliance Specialist I: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3 years of compliance experience in a health care or Medicare-regulated environment.
• Compliance Specialist II: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5 years of compliance experience or equivalent related experience, in a health care or Medicare-regulated environment.
• Compliance Specialist III: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 8 years of compliance experience or equivalent related experience, in a health care or Medicare-regulated environment or ACA-regulated environment.

Skills and Attributes

• Proven ability to deliver effective Core Compliance activities, including monitoring, auditing, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Skilled in project management and delivery, including proven ability to initiate and manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent research and analytics skills, with proven ability to distill actionable, practical advice from diverse sources and opinions.
• Legal research skills preferred.
• Proven ability to influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent independent judgment and decision-making skills.
• PC literate with office computer software - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, etc.
• Discretion and confidentiality.
• Agile, with high learning velocity.
• Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making in professional settings highly desired.

Additional Skills and Attributes

• For Compliance Analyst II: Demonstrated fluency in organizational agility, practical familiarity with legal requirements, mastery of at least four Compliance functions, ability to handle challenging matters end-to-end, and ability to drive success with challenging partners.
• For Compliance Analyst III: Demonstrated mastery of legal requirements, mastery of at least six core compliance functions, ability to handle complex matters end-to-end, ability to drive success with the most challenging partners, excellent relationship-building, operational knowledge, peer mentoring, and departmental leadership. Experience with AI tools and technologies highly desired.

Pay and Schedule

• Compliance Analyst I: Range $69,700.00 – $94,300.00, Full Range $65,000.00 – $107,000.00, Bonus Target 10%.
• Compliance Analyst II: Range $84,200.00 – $113,900.00, Full Range $79,000.00 – $129,000.00, Bonus Target 10%.
• Compliance Analyst III: Range $101,200.00 – $136,900.00, Full Range $95,000.00 – $155,000.00, Bonus Target 15%.
