General Cardiologist

Location: Nashville, Tennessee – Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown

About the role

Ascension Saint Thomas Heart is seeking a Full-Time General Cardiologist to join our clinic at Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital. This employed position within a nonprofit health system offers a collaborative practice setting with both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.

• Work alongside a tight-knit team of Interventional Cardiologists and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) who manage top-of-license duties
• Provide dedicated outreach care to partner locations one day per week
• Fellowship training in General Cardiology required
• Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation and endovascular medicine certification preferred
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Eligible for Tennessee medical licensure and DEA registration

Requirements

• MD/DO credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners (required prior to hire)
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
