About the role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated cardiologist to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice at Ascension St. Vincent, a leading tertiary referral center and home to one of the Midwest’s most advanced heart failure and transplant programs. The role is supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

• Join an established team of cardiologists and advanced practice providers (APPs)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with high-level diagnostic precision
• Manage patient discharge and care transitions with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver expert medical services to patients in assigned areas

Requirements

• Fellowship training in Cardiology
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
• Eligible for Indiana state medical licensure and DEA registration
• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board (obtained prior to hire date)
• Advanced Life Support preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted)

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
