General Assembler - (Urgent Need) 6:00AM - 2:30PM

12-month contract position on W2; US Citizens, Green Card holders, GC EAD, OPT, EAD, or CPT only.

About the Role

Performs tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices. Sets up, operates, maintains, and troubleshoots equipment. Conducts quality inspections on the processing line in accordance with quality specifications. Works within clearly defined SOPs and scientific methods, adhering to quality guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and test medical devices
• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
• Perform quality inspections on processing lines
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines
• Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0 to 1 year of manufacturing assembly experience
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications in English
• Basic math calculation skills
• Experience using basic measurement tools, such as microscopes
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to work flexible or extended hours
• Regular and punctual attendance

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
• Occasionally required to lift or move at least 50 pounds
