GDS Systems Trainer

About the role

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance business performance and market positioning.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in corporate strategy, business development, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Experience working with Native American tribes or organizations preferred.
• Understanding of and commitment to the principles of the Seneca Nation’s Seventh Generation Principle.

Skills

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
