Learning Trainer, Global RAD Operations
Works with Operations Managers, Area Managers, IT Managers, Production Assistants, and Associates to coordinate all training-related activities for the site. Provides facilitation, administrative management, and drives continuous improvement of long-term capabilities in the assigned area.
Responsibilities
- Measure production quality and quantity, applying learning tools to improve both.
- Evaluate and improve processes within work areas; refine learning tools and techniques across the building.
- Assist in measuring the effectiveness of learning and the impact of development efforts.
- Improve associates' job-related skills through development, maintenance, and application of learning tools (methods, checklists, and skill-building agreements).
- Identify areas for associate cross-training and implement training to support objectives.
- Support updating of SOPs and SOP certification for associates and managers.
- Drive success of peak and non-peak training plans.
- Deliver hands-on training for PIT operations, TDR, and process path procedures while supporting Learning Ambassadors with approved materials.
- Conduct audits, update training records using electronic tools, and ensure SOP compliance.
- Provide and receive real-time feedback, check for understanding, and remove barriers to associate success.
- Report insights to area managers and contribute to continuous improvement through PDCA and Kaizen activities.

Rapid Asset Deployment (RAD) - RAD1 - is part of Global RAD Operations (GRO), delivering IT equipment accurately and on time through standardized operations—from receiving and warehousing to assembly, provisioning, and shipping. Guided by tenets of safety, speed, quality, and inclusion, the North America team supports Amazon businesses with the right equipment at the right place and time. GRO's Learning & Development function drives onboarding, process training, and safety programs across all sites, empowering associates and managers to grow within supply chain, operations, and IT career paths.
Requirements
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
- Work 40 hours/week, with overtime as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing and delivering training programs.
- Willingness to participate in and support Operational Excellence initiatives.

Pay
USA, TN, Antioch - $23.25 USD hourly (includes base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential). As a total compensation company, additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
