Responsibilities

• Setup and operate Hex Expander, Water Table, and various equipment used in expanding coils.
• Make adjustments as necessary to comply with drawings, quality, safety, and methods procedures.
• Assemble coil slabs internal to operating expander as needed.
• Operate equipment, identify and locate required tooling, and inspect the first production piece of each run.
• Continually monitor conformance to standards.
• Perform arithmetic calculations, read blueprints, and understand bills of material.
• Use measuring devices and assist in training personnel as required.
• Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
