About the Role

Setup and operate Hex Expander, Water Table, and various equipment used in expanding coils. Ability to make adjustments as necessary to comply with drawings, quality, safety, and methods procedures. May assemble coil slabs internal to operating expander.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up equipment, identify and locate required tooling.
• Inspect the first production piece of each run and continually monitor conformance to standards.
• Make arithmetic calculations, read blueprints, and understand bills of material.
• Use measuring devices and assist in training personnel as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• Flexible, problem-solving oriented, adaptable to change, and displays initiative to learn and make improvements in the workplace.
