About the role

Setup and operate Hex Expander, Water Table and various equipment used in expanding coils. Has the ability to make adjustments as necessary to comply with drawings, quality, safety and methods procedures. May assemble coil slabs internal to operating expander.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment, setup equipment, identify and locate required tooling
• Inspect first production piece of each run and continually monitor conformance to standards
• Make arithmetic calculations, read blueprints, understand a bill of material, and use measuring devices
• Assist in training personnel as required
