Gaming Attendant - Evergreen FS - Bloomington, IL

Responsibilities

• Perform guest services by greeting guests with a warm and welcoming smile.
• Ensure guest area is clean and properly prepared between each guest.
• Ensure restrooms and location are clean and professional for guests.
• Maintain a professional and calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and set a positive example.
• Stock and restock beverages and snack area and keep clean and organized.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Meet operating policies and standards of safety and security.
• Engage with and understand our guests, including discovering the guests' needs and boundaries through clear communication.
• Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.
• Carefully monitor the equipment and report any equipment or guest problems to management immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Friendly and attentive to customers.
• Ability to work alone for full shift.
• Ability to restock products and clean equipment and location.
• Will be expected to work a flexible schedule that will include some rotating nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screen.
