About the role

The Gaming Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional guest service on the casino floor while ensuring compliance with all gaming regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with slot machine operations, including payouts, jackpots, and general inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized gaming environment.
• Monitor gaming areas to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.
• Handle guest concerns or disputes professionally and escalate issues as needed.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for slot machines and report technical issues to the appropriate department.
• Assist with promotional events, tournaments, and other casino activities.
• Adhere to all responsible gaming practices and promote a fun, secure atmosphere.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience in a casino, hospitality, or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with gaming equipment is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to obtain required gaming licenses.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with frequent standing, walking, and bending.
• Exposure to secondhand smoke and varying temperatures on the casino floor.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Pay

Pay range for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.
