Management$12/hrPart-time

About the role

Step into the big leagues with Geronimo Hospitality Group—a collection of award-winning boutique hotels, restaurants, and clubs where we believe the status quo sucks. We create destinations, not pit stops, and we’re looking for people ready to join a team that pushes boundaries and values hard work every day.

At Henry Dorrbaker’s—Beloit’s coolest hangout spot—you’ll dive into a mix of old-school charm and modern fun, including duckpin bowling, mini golf, vintage arcade games, and a giant bar with pub fare, craft cocktails, and brews.

As the Games Attendant, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience. You’ll provide great customer service by assisting with gaming attractions, presenting order choices, and maintaining a fun, competitive, and friendly atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests quickly and friendly; maintain eye contact and acknowledge requests or inquiries.
  • Suggest attractions along with food and drink options.
  • Work closely with management to address customer concerns and create a fun gaming experience.
  • Confirm all BEOs and reservations for the day with the MOD.
  • Assist with setting and rearranging tables to accommodate parties.
  • Know and understand menus and gaming attractions in detail.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the entryway, front desk, and gaming attractions.
  • Process payments accurately and safeguard customer and company interests.
  • Complete restocking and cleaning duties, including opening and closing sidework.
  • Attend pre-shift and departmental meetings to stay informed about products, services, and facilities.
  • Respect co-workers and managers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in person and by phone with timely, knowledgeable information.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Bring a positive attitude, leave personal baggage at the door, and help create a fun, memorable experience for guests.

Requirements

  • Basic math skills (add, subtract, count change).
  • Legible handwriting and strong customer service and oral communication skills.
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • U.S. work authorization (required).

Qualifications

You’ll stand out if you bring:

  • Experience operating POS systems.

Benefits

  • Employee discounts.
  • Paid time off.
  • Training and development opportunities.
  • 401K.
  • Medical benefits.
  • 24/7 online care.
  • Pet insurance.

Pay

$12.00 per hour.

Join a team that makes an impression—where cool people work hard, push boundaries, and strive to be the best every shift, every day.
