Game Room Attendant

Position Summary

This position is only available to FCC Students.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintain order and cleanliness of the game room.
• Monitor the use of all equipment in the game and video areas to ensure equipment is not damaged and returned properly.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of equipment and notify the supervisor when replacements or repairs are needed.
• Create and sustain an atmosphere of civility, inclusivity, and respect for guests and property.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Enforce building and College policies and procedures.
• Auxiliary in the creation and distribution of marketing materials for Student Leadership & Engagement events.
• Auxiliary in the setup, execution, and cleanup of Student Leadership & Engagement events.

Required Minimum Qualifications

• A High School Diploma
• Current FCC student

Desired Qualifications

• Prior work experience
• Prior customer service experience
• A flexible work schedule
• The ability to effectively handle conflicts and/or challenging situations
• The ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
