Game Attendant

Weekend-only position from the end of September through October. Schedule: Thursday–Sunday.

Pay

$12.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and operate all games.
• Manage cash transactions, including making change and balancing the point-of-sale system.
• Perform suggestive selling and maintain a high-energy, enthusiastic demeanor to engage guests.
• Keep accurate inventory of plush in assigned game(s).
• Work honestly, efficiently, and independently under pressure.
• Follow park safety guidelines and procedures.
• Assist other departments as needed without complaint.
• Check work schedule regularly and arrive on time for shifts.
• Present innovative ideas to improve procedures and operations.
• Adhere to the park’s dress code and wear the proper uniform at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management or the Game Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as running.
• Must possess strong math, reading, and writing skills.
• Must have excellent verbal communication and guest service skills.
• Must be dependable, honest, and a team player with a high sense of commitment.
• Must be comfortable working with money and managing cash transactions.
• Must be customer-service oriented and able to work well under pressure.
