Gameday Assistant - Game Presentation

About the role

The Los Angeles Chargers are seeking friendly, outgoing, and energetic Gameday Assistants for the 2026-27 NFL Season. This fan-facing, gameday role supports the game presentation staff in engaging fans and creating a seamless experience for guests during Los Angeles Chargers home games.

Responsibilities

• Aid in setting up, executing, and dismantling all game presentation elements such as on-field flags, sponsorship promotions, prize giveaways, contest props, and special recognitions.
• Select and escort feature contestants, providing clear and concise instructions.
• Be knowledgeable and communicate various entertainment activations to guests.
• Support live in-game moments and pregame and halftime programming as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Work effectively in a team environment.
• Be punctual and reliable.
• Show attention to detail and adhere to event timelines.
• Have the ability to navigate SoFi Stadium and move actively for up to 6 hours.
• Display a “can do” attitude and willingness to follow directions.
• Show professional demeanor with a spirited, outgoing personality.
• Communicate effectively in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Availability to work all Los Angeles Chargers home games (day/nights, weekends, holidays).

Skills

• Knowledgeable about various entertainment activations.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Ability to navigate SoFi Stadium.
