Game Presentation Assistant

Join the Miami HEAT Game Operations department as a Game Presentation Assistant for the 2026/27 season. This role supports game-day activations, special events, and community programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Game Presentation with game-night duties, including in-game promotions and contestant coordination.
• Collaborate with department staff on setup and breakdown of pre-game, post-game, auditions, and other special events.
• Work with HOOP Troop and Burnie to prepare for game-day setup, community events, and related activities.
• Support Jr. HEAT camps, clinics, and events—set up, prepare, and break down.
• Track and maintain HEAT marketing inventory; ensure cleanliness of marketing cages and trailer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to take direction, meet deadlines, and balance multiple tasks.
• Must be available to work all HEAT home games, select weekend events, and evenings as needed.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Enrolled in or graduated from a 4-year accredited college/university.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds occasionally.
• Marketing, event planning, or project management experience preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
• High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations with poise, tact, and diplomacy.
• Strong teamwork and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks.
• Capable of standing, sitting, or walking for long periods.
