Intern, Game Presentation

About the role

This is a paid, hourly internship assisting Blue Note Productions with in-game entertainment duties for the St. Louis Blues at Enterprise Center.

Responsibilities

• Assist in execution of in-game elements
• Take part in pre-game preparation, in-game implementation, and post-game duties to effectively complete assigned tasks
• Assist with game script creation including copy editing, fact-checking and distribution
• Promptly relay and communicate any and all information to the members of the Game Presentation team if any problems/changes to scripted elements occur
• Prep, manage, and store all props and materials that will be used during the course of the game
• Support Blue Note Productions staff during home games

Schedule

• Primarily game nights; candidates should be available for most, if not all, of the ‘26-‘27 Blues home games
• Requires availability to work weeknights and weekends, in addition to a minor amount of normal business hours
• Flexible; 15-20 hours per week

Qualifications

• Open to college juniors, seniors, graduate students, and post-graduates
• A desire to gain experience in a professional sports and entertainment environment
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Office applications and Google Docs
• Must demonstrate professionalism, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills
• Must be able to lift or carry heavy equipment
