About the role
Tiger ID is seeking a Student GameDay Assistant to assist in troubleshooting Tiger ID credential issues during Auburn University home football games. This position requires weekend work on game days, with initial in-person training held Monday through Friday (8:00 AM–4:00 PM).
Responsibilities
- Assist students in adding the Tiger ID to their devices
- Verify NFC issues on phones
- Remove or restrict invalid Tiger ID credentials
- Report Tiger ID misuse
