This role is ideal for individuals in smaller lending teams where both functions are required, or for those transitioning from Portfolio Manager to Senior Relationship Manager who are not yet ready for the loan goal targets of a Senior RM. Your function will be to identify and bring new loan clients while managing an existing portfolio assigned to you.

- Present each CCR to the requisite approval authority levels; ensure the accuracy and completeness of the CCR content.
- Review loan documents, whether internally prepared or by outside counsel, to ensure accuracy.
- Manage the loan closing process, working with loan assistants and support staff to ensure all necessary items are in place; oversee the client experience during this process.
- Monitor and manage the credit quality of the assigned loan portfolio.
- Ensure each credit is properly risk-rated based on the Bank’s risk rating system.
- Review client accounts and portfolios to identify, evaluate, and address potential credit quality issues, maximizing credit quality and minimizing risk and potential loss to the Bank.
