About the role

The studio is fully operational with a loyal base of members that are seeing great results. The business needs help primarily with organic/grassroots marketing and sales as EMS is still not yet widely known in the US as it is in other countries.

Responsibilities

• Sales and business development — never take "no" for an answer; build relationships, generate referrals, follow up consistently, and turn opportunities into long-term members.
• Marketing and community outreach — strong connections in the community; enjoy networking, building partnerships, attending local events, and creating grassroots awareness that drives growth
• Team leadership and management — create a high-performance culture; inspire, coach, and hold team members accountable while fostering a positive and supportive work environment
• Customer experience and relationship building — genuinely care about people; create exceptional member experiences that drive retention, referrals, and life-changing results

Qualifications

• No previous fitness experience required
