About the role

Account Executives act as entrepreneurs, driving the company’s new business growth through strategic engagement and navigating complex decision-making structures to secure new business. You’ll own the full sales cycle–from initial contact through deal closure– orchestrating interactions with multiple stakeholders to achieve consensus and facilitate decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth through strategic engagement and decision-making facilitation

• Engage with multiple stakeholders to achieve consensus and facilitate decision-making
• Secure new business across various segments including Small-Market, Mid-Market, Enterprise, Strategic, and Leadership
• Understand unique client challenges and craft customized solutions delivering substantial value
• Make a significant impact in your role and contribute to the company’s success

Requirements

• High performance expected

• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
• Primarily hired in Waltham, MA (Boston area), Vancouver, WA, and Bethesda, MD; sometimes consider remote positions or relocation
