About the role
The FusionPKG Order Management Specialist is responsible for managing order processing and ensuring accurate inventory levels.Responsibilities
- Manage order processing and fulfillment
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust as needed
- Resolve discrepancies between system records and actual inventory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in order management or supply chain operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
