About the role

The Fundraising & Communications Manager plays a key role in advancing Root Cause Farm’s mission by implementing comprehensive fundraising, donor engagement, marketing, and communications strategies. This position is responsible for cultivating donor relationships, securing financial support through grants, sponsorships, events, and campaigns, managing organizational communications, and strengthening community engagement through effective storytelling and outreach. Classification: Non-Exempt Employee.

• Implement comprehensive fundraising, donor engagement, marketing, and communications strategies
• Cultivate donor relationships
• Secure financial support through grants, sponsorships, events, and campaigns
• Manage organizational communications
• Strengthen community engagement through effective storytelling and outreach

Pay

Hourly wage – $24.10-$25/hour

Schedule

Part-time, hourly – 15-20 hours per week
