Event Fundraising Coordinator - Part-Time
Ducks Unlimited, Inc. is seeking a dependable, organized, and adaptive part-time Event Fundraising Coordinator to provide operational support to the Event Fundraising Department at National Headquarters in Memphis, Tennessee.
About the role
This position plays an important role in supporting fundraising programs, special events, online fundraising projects, inventory management, and day-to-day department operations. The successful candidate will work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and provide professional support to staff, volunteers, vendors, and internal partners. This position reports to the Managing Director of National Events and will be based out of the Ducks Unlimited National Headquarters in Memphis, Tennessee.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational and administrative support to the Event Fundraising Department, including coordinating projects, communications, records, reports, and daily department needs.
- Assist with planning, preparing, executing, and following up on event fundraising programs, special events, and related initiatives.
- Manage inventory for event fundraising programs, including tracking supplies, organizing materials, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating replenishments as needed.
- Assist with online fundraising projects, including event setup, data entry, content review, reporting, and project execution.
- Coordinate and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Support Event Fundraising leadership with additional fundraising events, projects, administrative responsibilities, and other duties as assigned.

- Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with creating spreadsheets, reports, data entry, and inventory tracking.
- High school diploma is mandatory; an associate degree, bachelor’s degree, or additional relevant education is a plus.
