Responsibilities

• Lead quick challenges, games, and brain breaks that boost energy
• Create fun mini-activities that complement coding time
• Welcome Ninjas with enthusiasm and build connection
• Celebrate wins, milestones, and belt-ups in memorable ways
• Support a positive, inclusive dojo environment where every Ninja feels they belong
• Encourage creativity, collaboration, and peer sharing
• Bring ideas that keep the dojo lively, playful, and inspiring

Requirements

• You're upbeat, creative, and great with kids
• You're confident leading activities and sparking group engagement
• You're naturally playful — you enjoy games, conversations, and silliness
• Experience in youth programs, camps, recreation, or education is a bonus but not required
• No coding experience required (although would be considered as a bonus)
