Full-Time Warehouse Operations Manager

Role Overview: The Warehouse Manager oversees warehouse operations, managing supervisors and teams to ensure efficient storage, distribution, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop warehouse staff, monitor performance, and manage attendance and overtime.Coordinate activities to optimize facility utilization, maintain process and quality controls, and analyze performance metrics.Address production issues with effective solutions and ensure adherence to safety policies and regulations involving controlled substances, pharmaceuticals, and hazardous materials.Identify and implement improvements for efficiency, accuracy, faster service, and cost reduction.Assist in budget preparation and ensure facility cleanliness.Perform related duties as required. Qualifications & Skills Broad educational background typically involving a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2+ years in a supervisory role.Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of warehouse systems, safety regulations, and regulatory compliance.Excellent organizational, analytical, and mathematical abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Additional Requirements: Willingness to work extended hours, participate in physical inventories, and support emergency and on-call needs. The role is onsite, with a focus on supporting distribution services in a regulated environment.
