Full-Time Warehouse Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations at our onsite facility in Lockbourne, OH.

Responsibilities

• Managing Warehouse Supervisors and teams to ensure efficient storage, distribution, and inventory management.
• Planning and coordinating all warehouse activities, maintaining safety and regulatory compliance, especially regarding controlled substances and hazardous materials.
• Tracking employee performance, coaching staff, and fostering employee development.
• Analyzing critical performance metrics and implementing improvement strategies for order accuracy, delivery timeliness, and service quality.
• Ensuring adherence to safety policies, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.
• Developing process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost savings.
• Participating in budget preparation and maintaining facility cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, administration, or related fields.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse systems, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
• Ability to work extended hours, participate in physical inventory, and foster teamwork.
